Water Allocations have been cut. Irrigators are still expected to pay 100% of there water account for an allocation which is in many instances 5%, 10 % or zero.

2007 is an election year in Australia, we hear very little mention of this national diaster facing whole country communities.

Country Australia is in severe trouble.
